First Coaching Process

The importance of knowing what you really care

In a forest near the monastery of Montserrat, a small caterpillar walked into the sun, to the highest mountain. Nearby was a beetle and asked:

- Where are you going?

'I had a dream. I was at the top of the mountain and looked across the valley. I liked it so much I want to see really.

- You are crazy! - Replied the beetle surprised .- Think you can get? Any stone for you is already a big mountain ....

The caterpillar ignored him and went away slowly.

Soon he heard the voice of a grasshopper:

- Where are you so determined?

'I had a dream. I was at the top of the mountain and looked across the valley. I'm going up and from the top behold the wonderful landscape that surrounds us.

The grasshopper laughed out loud .... open

'Not I, with my long legs and my big jumps I would try ..- He lay on the ground and continued to laugh ....

We also ran into a frog, a spider, a toad. Everyone laughed and told him not do it ever. I was losing time and end up exhausted.

But inside the caterpillar was a tension that led him to follow. Obviously tired all the time. At one point he ran out of strength. Decided to stop to rest. He looked for a place to hang out tonight. As I thought that tomorrow would be better fell asleep. We do not know how long he remained asleep. All animals surrounded believing he was dead. There was the animal that had the most nonsensical view of the forest. Everyone felt a great admiration for the death of someone who had wanted to make an impossible dream.

At noon, the sun shone in a special way. All were atonic. They saw that moved. His eyes had changed and there were a few antennas.

A beautiful butterfly flew to the top of the mountain. The valley looked wonderful. It seemed the whole world at his feet set. It was much more remarkable than I had dreamed. After some time, was another mountain continued to fly .....



Goal setting process.



Do you know someone who never knows what he wants? What are you trying one thing and then leave it for another? What always confused?

Is that, do you think you can hit a target unless you know where is it?.

Our process begins by setting goals that you know exactly what you want. The clear and precise setting your goals directly affects the ability to operate and organize your resources and to identify opportunities, options and alternatives for its use .

The fundamental key is to get something you know exactly what you care about.



If you want your mind to work effectively, on a conscious level, it is essential that you develop a prior perception of results you want.

Surely many times have you wondered:

What problems will I have?

How can I solve them?

Or who is to blame?

Why, why, I is happening to me?

These questions focus your attention on what is wrong with this and do not make progress.

None of these questions helps to create or consolidate your goals. It is convenient to use in any coaching session.

If you want to change this, you need not get into the archeology of the problem. Nor blame anyone or regret.

What works is to think about what you want. As we have said is the key to building the future you want.



What is it that you truly care?



To make your inventory that you do need a fully focused. You must create the things you want to have, do, be, with people who want to share, where, and the feelings that determine your life.

You'll be amazed what happens when you have a clear picture of what you want. Your entire neurological system is programmed to do so.

There are things that you long ago and still have not got:

Do you want to change jobs?

What a job you like?

Want to make you crave that project ...?

Want to advance your current job?

Do you want to finish those studies that have pending?

What physical conditions you want to change?

What traits of your character you want to correct?

What beliefs long you want to develop?

Who do you want to improve your relationship with your partner, a relative, friend, coworker ...?.

What you want to change or develop hobbies, sports, artistic, scientific or otherwise?

What would you like to do, regardless of your job or obligations?

Who else close to you think you need help and how you can give?

Want to change some aspect of your situation, mental disorder, addiction ... permanently?

Or are new jobs, projects, desires, dreams ... you never thought of?

How much money you earn in a given time?

What knowledge or skills would like to extend or purchase?

What aspects of your health could improve?

Who want to be, now and in the future?

Want to find partner or new friends, colleagues ... to overcome your loneliness?

What adventure would you like to live?

What country would you like to meet?

What experience do you like to experience?

What deep and lasting change in your life you want to produce?

Do you want to start again some activity, feeling?

Want to make some illusion frustrated?



You see to set your goals you can turn your unfulfilled desires, your memories, or to give freedom to your mind, your imagination and create new ones. You can create new desires, hopes, plans ... you'll never proposed. You need not limit your goals or

It is important that you do in the affirmative. It is moving toward the future you want, not get away from this not satisfy you. It is not the same. Simply turn away this can take you anywhere. Today many people have a goal to lose weight. One of the greatest difficulties in doing this is have arisen in the negative. Thinking about losing weight focuses attention on what you have or do now. Thinking about what you should not eat puts the focus on the flavors and satisfaction that you produce what you should not eat. But if you think about improving your health, aesthetics or become more fit, and you want hard, mobilize your resources to the best diet, motivate you to get used to it and end up being the one you like.

It is essential that what you believe to be driven by you, to have autonomy, initiative and bring the situation under control. Not so if you think others will have to do it all, yet you only what you give to others or minimal effort. This passive attitude is very little guarantee of success.

It is also necessary that your goals are legitimate, environmentally positive for you and the people involved. Your projection should be satisfactory for all your environment.

You can do this inventory your way, how you're feeling more comfortable and more satisfied. There are strategies that produce good results. I propose that we call experience the Disney Strategy. It consists of three simple processes:

- Creative Process. Think first in a place where you like to dream, to inspire you to create, to boost your imagination. If you are unable to move for one that is comfortable and quiet. Write or record the objectives as they arise and will commit to not interrupt you. Do it in a concrete and precise but with details of your senses favorites. Make sure these details will arrive via your senses: what you see, what you hear, what feel? There are objectives that can predict what it will smell or taste, it can be the definitive index to ensure that you have reached your goal.

- Process realistic. Think of another place where you have had experiences. This place is usually more affordable, can be an office, lounge, library, bedroom, garden ... Repeat again the list of goals you want. This time, realistically, it is not yet aware of how you can attract and catch but, for example, to check if they meet the conditions you have proposed. Do as before, with details of your senses.

- Critical process. Also, if possible, elsewhere. A place where you had experience of analysis, review of studies, monitoring plans, verification issues ... can you repeat this process in the workshop or coaching session. Compare the two lists and make passes in clean, you produce more satisfaction.

Spend the necessary time to this first inventory. Perhaps the time is better spent in your life. It is the first step in establishing the pattern of what you want, how to get and how to enjoy it.
