Motivation: "THE ART OF A D? A after another"

Is not it amazing data? Most people do planning

Detailed simple to organize trips weekend, and do not take

commitment to spend some time planning the most important journey

of all: his own life.

And the small group of people that if

culmination of that planning process, very few remain taking action

until things start to happen, and its major objectives

become reality.

In fact, 85% of the declarations of good intentions that are

done at the end of the year, never get beyond the first week

the year.

These resolutions, such as life goals are very

easy to establish, but require discipline and effort to be

achieved.

For example, one study showed that of 18,000,000 of smokers

had stopped smoking for at least a day, just stopped 1,300,000

it for at least a year.

Friends, to achieve any goal that really worth it,

you must be willing to put a high level of commitment. You have to

have a desire so ardently to achieve that goal, which will provide the

energy to persist despite the temptation to return to

old pattern of behavior more comfortable.

But to do so you will need high doses of motivation.

And the motivation comes on one side by the desire to achieve something, but also

by the inner certainty that you're going to achieve.

If parties with the idea in mind that not going to make it, I guarantee you're in

right: do not make it. But likewise, if you believe with absolute faith

you can do, not matter the size or magnitude of

obstacles that appear along the way: You'll end up doing it!

To achieve this there is a technique that usually give very good results:

technique of "One day after another."

Imagine you want to start exercising every morning at first

time. Imagine waking up early every day of your life can be

tremendously overwhelming and without motivation.

But if you just decide to focus on it for a day, will be transformed into something very

simple. Everybody can get up early one day to do some

year. And when you've done it, going to think about your commitment

for the next day.

And gradually, almost without realizing it, begin to

establish a new habit. Always remember that habits are created

the amount of repeated daily over a

certain period of time. Keep the focus on the philosophy of everyday life,

and monitor progress with strong determination towards those goals

you value most.

Of course you also need a strong desire and attitude

persevering with this process one day after another, this is not Friends?,

but it is much easier to achieve major goals in this way before

to focus on getting everything in order at once.

A person who had tried unsuccessfully for years to start

a healthy eating style embarked on the process of "A

days after the other. "

Every morning, she told herself that that day

would only afford to eat healthy foods and undertook to

it for the next 24 hours. The next day he would repeat his

commitment, and so on.

After a few days, began to notice an increase in their level

dramatic power, which allowed him to do more and more effectively.

That increased their motivation, which made

that the process is becoming easier.

And finally, after

few months, his new style of eating was a habit strongly

anchored in the nervous system. He created a great transformation in

his life, but in a simple manner by the method "One day back

of another. "

Having great goals is not enough. You must have a reason

powerful urges you to make that goal a reality. That feed

your desire and will give you the strength to commit in

achievement.

If you associate a sharp pain when you want to change behavior,

or not achieving your goal, you will be much easier to take the

actions necessary for change to occur.

And of course the next time you develop a good habit

eliminate any negative habit or achieve any goal of great

size, using the technique of "One day after another." The

results will amaze you!

I look forward to you as soon as you give your first step.

Receive a big hug.!
